According to reasearchers at F-Secure and Trend-Micro, overseas cybercrime organizations are rapidly deploying malware for mobile computing platforms. Spyware and "bot-net-like" worms already exist for the iPhone as well as the Symbian OS, predominently used by Nokia. The head of Google's Android Security Team, states "Personally I think this will become an epiphany to the malware authors".
