When It Rains It Pours

When It Rains It Pours is an intensley interesting read from the Environment New Hampshire Research and Policy Center, which chronicals both national trends and specific events of extreme precipitation from 1948 to 2006. Those of us living in the Northeast, as well as elsewhere in the US, have certainly witnessed the dramatic increase in storm intensity. Our "hundred year" floods have become an annual Spring event in NH. This Spring may be no exception with nearly 200 inches of snow having fallen this winter across much of the state. For the skeptics of human induced climate change, here is another brick on the evidence pile.
